2026 PARK PASS APPLICATION and Metrolina Control Line Society membership

AMA Open & Life Members (Includes gate key) $30.00 Online Payment Plus a $2.50 Convenience Fee. The additional $2.50 is to Help offset the cost of online payment and online services. Metrolina Control Line Society membership is $20 for a grand total of $52.50. To qualify for a 2026 Gate Key, your AMA membership must expire within the year 2026 or after. Qualified applicants will receive an annual pass and gate key. For new applications made on or after October 1st, 2025, their Park Pass will not expire until 12/31/2026.

Flyers must purchase a park pass to use the flying site and must display the pass while flying. AMA membership is required. To join AMA please visit https://www.modelaircraft.org/joinrenew.aspx (Out of town visitors may fly up to three days with a current AMA card displayed without purchasing a park pass as a guest of a current park pass holder). I acknowledge that I have read the Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department's aeromodeller rules including the gate operations rules and agree to abide by them when using the county aeromodeller Facility. I further agree to abide by all AMA Rules and Regulation and will extend the appropriate courtesy to fellow aeromodeller when using the facility. In consideration of the acceptance of this application, I, hereby, waive and release the County and WACAMA of responsibility and liability of any injuries, sickness, damages, and death incurred from participation at the Aeromodeller Facility. I further certify I am physically fit and capable of safely operating aero models.
